Check out our playlist featuring some of the new artists we’ve had the pleasure of working with as well as other rising talents. You’re bound to catch a vibe and find a bop for your own playlists!
Kofi - “On Me”
"With its use of color, organic sound effects, and natural elements, the music video for Kofi’s “On Me” blends perfectly with the track itself. It opens with sounds of thunder and the strong background beat before Komi enters and begins to sing: “Ain’t no two ways around it / You’re someone that I used to know.” A flashing strobe casts bright light followed by darkness over the figures that emerge.
Tank God - “Owe You Sum”
Tank God develops his creative style in “Owe U Sum,” a March release. The music video’s visual effects are trippy and outside of the box, with no shortage of distorted camera angles and rapid spinning. The color motif throughout the video keeps it cohesive, with bright yellow featured in Tank God and Tula Yahweh’s clothing and some shots completely awash in a yellow filter. Better known as a producer, Tank God’s talents as a singer and musical artist shine through in this track.
Sammi Shyne - “DEAD MON WALKING”
“DEAD MON WALKING” opens with a striking image. The camera pans slowly down the trunk of a tree before arriving at Sammi Shyne’s face. Blindfolded with his back against the trunk, he sports a bloody lip and scraped cheeks.
Hazy Shea X Jae Lynx - “Secrecy”
“Secrecy,” an anticipated collab between Hazy Shea and Jae Lynx, manages to seamlessly blend the artists’ drastically different musical styles into a visually and musically cohesive piece.
Hazy Shea - “Left Astray”
Shot in a similar style to her earlier release, “Forever 21,” Hazy Shea’s latest music video captures the feeling of being left behind. Slow pans of the singer, dressed in ripped jeans and muted colors, reflect the lyrical angst of “Left Astray.”
Superstar Rah - “The One”
“The One,” Superstar Rah’s April release, is yet another meditation on success and monetary gain. He appears in the center of every shot, whether alone or backed by scores of people. Within his lyrics, he attempts to capture the nuances of chasing success…
S.A.M - “Cha Cha”
Released in February 2022, “Cha Cha” is a track guaranteed to make you an instant fan. S.A.M kicks off the music video by entering center stage, his face concealed in a red ski mask that he soon trades for a baseball cap. His red ensemble contrasts the black outfits of his background crew.
27Delly - “Fly Guys” Ft. KOS
“Fly Guys” sustains a relentless energy that’s further highlighted by its music video. Quick flashes of New York City dance across the screen.
Jae Lynx - “Floss My Teeth”
Jae Lynx continues to impress in his April release, “Floss My Teeth.” The track is short and the accompanying music video is playful and trippy. The first few shots depict chattering pairs of dentures superimposed on city streets and buildings, thus setting the stage for a video unlike any other.

My name is Sherren Olivia. I am a singer-songwriter from Chicago, IL. I love music and have been singing since I was a child. I began singing in church at a young age and continued to sing throughout my life in choirs. In college, I was introduced to recording and songwriting where I started to work with other musicians. I released my first two songs in 2015 on Soundcloud. I remember hoping that song would get to 500 plays and never imagined that something I wrote in my dorm room would reach over 100,000 people.
My first album "Oasis" was released this past February 2022. My journey has just begun and I am very excited to continue growing as an artist and make more music. I want to encourage anyone who loves to make music and create art to never stop creating. Create things that you like and do not try to create for others.
