In “To My Latina,” S.Touze uses second person and eye contact with the camera to make the song feel like a direct address to his audience. The lyrics’ mixture of Spanish and English mirrors the song’s mix of genres, voices, and cultures: “Dominica, Cubana / Que viva la raza / You know that I’m dancing to salsa.” As the title tells us, “To My Latina” is a celebration of Latin American cultures and, more specifically, Latina women. In the first verse, S.Touze sings “Your hips and thighs got me hypnotized.” Jamez Martin and Z100Wave’s ensuing verses express a similar sentiment: “She hotter than a heater / Like grandma cooking’ up pernil en la cocina.” The lyrics evoke a vibrance and sensuality that’s captured visually in the music video. Shots of both men and women dancing before the camera fill the video. The scenes feature backdrops of palm trees and street art, warmth, and color. 

PresCEO’s subsequent verse spices up the video’s relaxed atmosphere and incorporates rap into the song’s pop and Latin musical influences. This burst of energy invigorates the song while maintaining its existing themes—like previous verses, PresCEO mixes Spanish and English in his rap: “I’m sick in the head, call me loco… / And you got me spending all my dinero.” The video pivots to a club setting following this verse, with a couple donned in red dancing effortlessly while Manny X energetically plays the keyboard in the background. This transition signals yet another energy shift in the song and keeps the viewer both engaged and immersed. With its genre-melding and entertaining visuals, “To My Latina” has a little something for everyone.
